- Maintains and develops the field operators network of the Qualitative Research Department (for Bucharest);
- Recruits the best participants for the projects with a constant improvement of the selection criteria;
- Gathers and verifies the data from the field operators; invites participants at the debate sessions;
- Maintains efficient relations with the regional field coordinators, field operators and qualitative project managers.
- University degree or last year;
- At least 1 year experience in a similar or comparable position will be an advantage;
- Open minded, with initiative;
- Team-worker;
- Great communication and interpersonal skills;
- Dynamic and adaptive personality;
- Able to work under deadline¿s pressure;
- Good computer knowledge (Word, Excel, MSOffice).
