- Our client, a world leader in web technologies, is looking for highly motivated people to join the Quality Engineering team, part of the Romanian Dreamweaver team.

Responsibilities:
- Lead small teams, plan and manage its workload
- Mentor team members
- Develop efficient & effective testing solutions and plans
- Perform testing as needed
- Write and maintain test specs
- Schedule testing tasks
- Provide team and feature status to management
Knowledge & Skills:
- B.S. or M.S. degree (degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent is a bonus)
- 5 to 7 years equivalent experience industry experience
- Relevant experience in quality assurance
- Solid foundation in QA and team processes
- Familiar with Dreamweaver product (Adobe Creative Suite or Macromedia Studio knowledge is a plus)
- Strong HTML, DHTML, Javascript, CSS knowledge
- Strong knowledge of at least one web programming language (PHP, ASP, Coldfusion, etc)
- Good knowledge of SQL
- Good knowledge of programming techniques
- Advanced knowledge of Windows operation system (Mac OS is a plus)
- Superior communication skills and strong English knowledge
- Strong leadership skills
- Able to plan, document and monitor status of testing performed by team
- Able to plan and manage workload for a small team
- Able to represent QE team to external groups
- Excellent problem solving and diagnostic skills.
