The role entails on testing of the full range of Telmap s products, ensuring a quality product delivery and full compliance with customer and product requirements as well as planning and improving testing strategies and procedures . Potential for promotion to team leader position.
Professional Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a tester in a relevant domain
- Knowledge and experience in QA methodology
- Bachelor s degree of a technical nature (computer sciences, electronics etc)
- Ability to conduct hands on testing as well as analyze and improve testing procedures.
- Good English, both writing and speaking-must
- Experience with bug reporting tools, QA simulators etc.
- Experience in devising test plans and testing strategies.
- Experience with Cellular network and familiarity with various mobile device types - major advantage
- Basic knowledge of Windows and UNIX OS (Unix commands)- an advantage
- High familiarity with cellular platforms operation and configuration.

- Excellent interpersonal and overall communication skills
- Excellent learning skills and Self motivated
- Able to work on tasks both as part of a team as well as independently
- Willingness to work beyond conventional working hours
- Ability and willingness for overseas travel
- Offshore experience in a global company- an advantage
NOTE: If you do not have experience as a tester but have technical background ( preferably also a technical university degree), speak and write good English and with the above personal characteristics then you are welcome to the Junior Tester ad
In addition we are looking for a special team which would consist of testers with the following specific qualifications:
- Experience in testing cellular integration and billing systems
- Experience in testing client-server based application
- Experienced in customer integrations/ATP testing and service.
