- Perform research and write small-to-medium test strategy documents using company’s templates and following feature specification and design document.
- Design and execute small features test cases to cover functional, scalability, Performance and characterization for the specific feature assigned.
- Perform unit, system integration and regression testing according to the tasks defined by the project planning
- Perform root cause isolation, troubleshooting, edit bug report, bug fix verification
- Configuration and troubleshooting knowledge of different routing protocols (OSPF, ISIS, BGP, RIP, MPLS, LDP, RSVP, IGMP, PIM, IPv6) in Cisco or
- Knowledge of VoIP protocols: SIP, SCCP (Skinny), H.323, MGCP, H.248 (MEGACO) as well as TDM and analog telephony service.
- Understanding of QA methodologies and product lifecycle
- Good understanding of networking standards such as Ethernet and IPv4/v6 concepts
-Understanding of Layer2/3 implementation structures, layer interfaces, frame formats etc. Knowledge of routing protocols would be beneficial
- Ability to install, configure & debug networking devices
- Enthusiasm for learning new technologies
- Ability to understand business and functional requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel.
Typical duration of internship activity: 3 months (but we‘re open for extending it)
