¿ Producing, managing and acting upon test plans for the team¿s assigned tasks;
¿ Implementing, monitoring and guiding the team on the methodology, practices and processes of the QA group;
¿ Take an active part in the search for new team members to the team;
¿ Ensure the quality of deliverables products according to the work plan defined by the QA management.
¿ More than 5 years experience in Testing/QA;
¿ 3 Years actual experience in managing QA team;
¿ Experience in wireless environment ¿ major advantage;
¿ Software engineering knowledge ¿ advantage;
¿ Experience with (automatic) testing tools ¿ advantage;
¿ Reporting in parallel to GM Romania and to QA manager in Israel;
¿ Willing and ready to travel very often ¿ Romania - Israel
