Design, Develop and Execute test plan and test cases to cover functional, scalability, Performance and System testing/characterization for different routing protocols on several Ixia systems. Perform unit, automation, system, integration and regression testing. Work closely with Developers in problem recreation
Overall 2+ years industry experience
Excellent understanding of IPv4 transport
Understanding of 3-play applications such as Video, Voice or Data control plane and transport data plane
Hands on Experience in setting up and testing different network configurations such as DSL, MPLS L3VPN, Cable CMTS and Wireless
Knowledge on test case automation experience using TCL/Tk, Expect, Mercury is a bonus
Solid Configuration, troubleshooting of routers -- Cisco, Juniper and other Vendors routers.
Strong QA Skills on bug isolation, bug report writing, troubleshooting.
Understanding of software development lifecycle.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organized and possess a keen analytical and structured approach to problem solving and testing.
Bachelors of Science in Computer Networking.
