Job expirat
-write functional tests for backend and frontend applications;
-plan, design, develop and execute test frameworks in order to optimize the test cases automation;
-write automated test cases using Selenium, Java and jUnit/TestNG;
-be responsible for the document of test plans, test cases and test reports;
- organize your tests to ensure functionality coverage;
-integrate your tests with continuous integration servers ;
-report the bugs found by the tests;
-experience with Selenium or other test automation tools;
-interest in developing testing frameworks;
-knowledge of jUnit or TestNG, maven or ant;
-knowledge of web protocols (REST, SOAP, JSON);
-knowledge of version control systems (Subversion, Git);
-know how to read a system specification to understand the purpose and structure of the system;
-look at a system and its specification and from these understand the areas to be tested;
-very good communication skills and a great team player;
-fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Would be a plus:
-previous development experience in Java;
-knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. JavaScript, JScript)
-knowledge of performance testing, preferable with jMeter
-experience with continuous integration (preferably Hudson/Jenkins);
-ISTQB certification;
