RESPONSABILITATI

-Reception and verification of requisitioning of users and buyers
-Analyze completeness of RFQ packages and technical specifications and
-Preparation of RFQ packages
-Answer supplier questions and advise on RFQ response required
-Consolidation of RFQ responses
-Purchase order preparation and issuance
-Negotiation for small orders
-Build good rapport with buyers/SAM, users and the suppliers


CERINTE

- Work in Bucharest
- University Degree
- Written & verbal fluency in French.
- Fluency in English
- Excellent customer focus (phone skills included) and strong commercial skills
- Display proactiveness, initiative and adopt a problem solving attitude
- SAP/ERP knowledge is preferable
- Previous work experience preferably Commercial, Logistics and/or Customer Service are not compulsory but would be an asset.
- PC literacy and good keyboard handling and MS Office knowledge
