Job expirat
The employee reports to the Department Manager and shall fulfill the position of Engineer in charge with the purchase of materials and services, for the investment projects which are supposed to be developed in Bucharest or in the country. These projects shall be coordinated from Bucharest. His/Her main duties are:
¿Assimilates the purpose of the investment project;
¿Issues the inquiries according to the company¿s procedures;
¿Gathers the offers, draws up providers¿ ¿BEV - bid evaluation list¿ and takes part to the choice of contractors or of direct subcontractors;
¿Offers technical and commercial support for the conclusion of agreements or order issuing;
¿Drafts agreements or orders;
¿Organizes and develops the existing vendor database;
¿Develops a database for prices of all materials, equipments and services related to the works of execution or of maintenance of buildings;
¿Implements all the steps taken by the management bodies of the company with respect to the project allotted to him/her;
¿Follows up the payments towards providers;
¿Submits reports towards the company management bodies
¿Graduate of a faculty of construction, engineering or architecture
¿Work experience on site of minimum three years;
¿Relevant experience in a similar position for minimum three years;
¿Ability to organize databases;
¿Communication skills ;
¿Operational knowledge in MS Office, AutoCad;
¿Knowledge of English and French.
