RESPONSABILITATI

- Primeste de la departamentul Help-Desk taskurile de service ce necesita reparatii sau comenzi de piese de schimb;
- Comunica in permanenta cu Dep. Service statusul comenzilor, preturi, conditii comerciale, etc.
- Proceseaza comenzile de service (RMA, DOA, service intern) primite de la clienti sau in baza contractelor existente;
- Pregateste ofertele de service pe baza devizului primit de la Dep. Service;
- Pregateste facturile de vanzare aferente comenzilor de service;
- Asigura nivelul optim al stocurilor in conformitate cu procedurile companiei;
- Se asigura ca stocurile sunt corelate cu operatiunile de service desfasurate;
- Intocmeste regulat rapoarte referitoare la cumpararile de marfa, miscarile de stocuri.


CERINTE

- Experienta intr-o pozitie similara de cel putin un an;
- Cunostinte limba engleza - nivel avansat;
- Experienta de lucru intr-un ERP;
- Studii superioare finalizate.
