-Gestioneaza activitatea de achizitie materie prima si materiale auxiliare procesului de productie, asigurandu-se permanent de gasirea celei mai bune variante de achizitie din punct de vedere a raportului calitate/ pret.
-Contacteaza, negociaza, incheie si gestioneaza contractele cu furnizorii de materie prima si materiale auxiliare procesului de productie.
-Raspunde de calitatea materiei prime contractate
-Participa la planificarea graficului de transport/ receptie a materiei prime contractate.
-Monitorizeaza efectuarea graficului de transport/ receptie, cu respectarea planificarii agreate
-Studii superioare finalizate (industrie alimentara si chimie alimentara/ medicina veterinara);
-Minim 3 ani experienta intr-o pozitie similara (in industria laptelui).
-Foarte bune cunostinte cu privire la:
-Legislatia in vigoare referitoare la colectarea, procesarea laptelui si produsele lactate;
-Cunostinte cu privire la piata producatorilor de lapte;
-Principiile de functionare ale principalelor echipamente utilizate in unitatile de procesare a laptelui.
-Normele de igiena si calitate in industria laptelui (HACCP, etc).
-Cunostinte operare calculator (Word, Excel, Power Point).
-Carnet de conducere categoria B.
-Orientare catre rezultate, implicare, pasiune pentru ceea ce face, spirit intreprinzator, abilitati de negociere, eficienta, capacitatea de lucru in echipa.
