PURCHASING MANAGER FOR MEDIA SERVICES

Your main responsibilities include:

* Coordinating the activity of the Media Department;

* Developing the Media portfolio: consolidating and expanding the relationship with local authorities, media partners and other collaborators;

* Negotiating contractual terms by representing the company in relationship with the local authorities and media partners;

* Coordinating the Media teams located both throughout the country and in Bucharest;

* Managing the media and purchasing budgets, handling all reports and reaching annual targets and objectives set;


CERINTE

The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:

* University Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting;

* Specific knowledge of outdoor advertising: market, competition and legal aspects;

* Strong communication and negotiation abilities;

* Project and people management skills;

* Tight to deadlines;

* Excellent knowledge of English language;

* MS Office;

* Driving license;
