•Design, implement and manage all purchasing strategy and policies within group.
•Integrate and harmonize all purchasing activities within 2 factories and Bucharest HQ
•Support technical management from the factories to apply and develop new tools and procedures for Acquision
•Together with senior technical managers from the factories elaborates Forecast procurement needs analysis and Reports .
•Relates with Purchasing Department from Paris HQ , prepare and send Purchasing reports, forecasts
•Review all procurement requests for contractual conformance & compliance in accordance with established requirements
•Create and implement KPI’s within purchasing activity
•Act as an "advocate for change" and assist in management of change issues with stakeholders and suppliers
•Deal, build and develop relationships with key suppliers (local /internationals)
•Prepare purchase requisitions, approve and issues purchase orders in accordance with company policy and negotiated terms and conditions.
•Maintain procurement files.
•Help to lower the cost and secure agreements/develop expertise to support growth for new projects
•3-4 years experience in production procurement activities – preferabbly industrial production
•Good project management, negotiation, contract management and interpersonal communication skills
•Strong contract (legal and business terms) negotiation skills and experience
•Excellent negotiation skills, management and communication skills
•Ability to convert business requirements into appropriate procurement solutions
•Sound decision making, independent problem solving and resourcefulness
•Real skills of planning, organization and speed of response
•Impecable ethics,corectness and seriousness serious
•Good knowledge of English and / or French is a plus
•University studies- economics
•Avalability to travel(weekly) to Urziceni/Slobozia
