- Coordination of all local and international purchases;
- Coordination of all deliveries;
- Researching markets;
- Preparation of bid analyses and contract negotiations.
Requirements:
- 5 years minimum experience;
- Knowledge of cross-border transportation in the region, strong negotiating skills;
- University degree preferred;
- Candidates with considerable international experience, especially living and working in Afghanistan and Central Asia and knowledge of regional languages such as Dari, Pashto, and Russian will be given preference;
- English fluency is a requirement for all positions.
