- Managing a database containing information about providers (furniture, software, advertising, medical services, printing, on-line acquisition, leasing, hardware, traveling etc.);
- Research for new providers on the external and internal market, selection for new providers, checking the terms and conditions from contracts;
- Managing business relationships with providers after the contract is negotiated;
- Following up on the contract evolution, negotiating, monitoring payment dead-lines, deliveries and the reception of suppliers services;
- Checking the work-flow with the Financial Department and IT Support Department, regarding payment status and other issues;
- Specific activities related to the offline business: data base cleaning, up-dates, etc;
- Prepare reports and required documentation for administrations.
- University degree in Economics;
- Knowledge of basic Accounting: bills, expense accounts, transactions etc;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PP), Corel Draw is a plus;
- Knowledge of English language (average level);
- Organized person, attention to details, ability to work with deadlines; ability to analyze and solve problems; team player.
