* The Purchasing Executive is responsible for the success of purchasing and prepares search reports and presentations at the end of the aquisition process
* Build up database with providers
* Accept and scrutinize vendor bids and proposals
* Negotiate and build relationship with vendors
* Arrange vendor contracts, bargain for best costs, and observe quality of purchased services
* Prepare reports and required documentation for administrations
* Responsible for decisions, consequences, and results having impact on people, costs, and/or service within the functional area
* Manage the on-going contracts with the suppliers and maintain a good relationship with them
* Make decisions and establish work priorities on essentially policy/procedure-oriented operations
* Communicate with staff on progress of orders in charge with the purchasing document flow
* Investigate where to purchase orders
* Graduate - Marketing or related economic studies
* Minim 2 years relevant experience
* Must be extremely detail oriented, dependable, analytical and able to keep up in a fast paced environment
* A proactive and flexible, results oriented and dynamic person
* Ability to negotiate with vendors
* Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with vendors and related departments inside the company
* Ability to work efficiently and independently in a busy work environment
* Experience in purchasing with product knowledge
* Fluent in English both spoken and written
