RESPONSABILITATI

- Responsible for the success of data base purchasing.
- Prospect the market for new contacts and potential recruitment/international suppliers and initiate negotiation.
- Build up database with providers.
- Negotiate and build relationship with vendors.
- Arrange vendor contracts, bargain for best costs, and observe quality of purchased services.
- Manage the on-going contracts with the suppliers and maintain a good relationship with them.
- Prepares search reports and presentations at the end of the acquisition process.
- Identify and mediate conflicts between deadlines, resources, budgets and established goals.


CERINTE

- Minimum 1 year relevant experience (purchasing).
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Market Research, Marketing, Economics or Commerce.
- Ability to negotiate with international vendor
- Ability to apply knowledge of market research.
- Must be extremely detail oriented, dependable, analytical and able to keep up in a fast paced environment.
- Fluent in English both spoken and written.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with vendors and related departments inside the company.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Package.
- Experience on online media
