- manage personnel and daily activities of Purchasing department;
- coordinate purchasing activities for allocated projects/domains dedicated to FMCG area;
- coordinate commercial negotiation, finalize commercial aspects of the acquisition;
- coordinate market research and efficiencies of assortments;
- maintain and develop the clients data base according to the promotions and acquisitions prices;
- coordinate regularly reviews performance indicators with sales and margin reports;
- maintain a good relationship with suppliers and stores so the supplier and the sales activity to be improved;
- establish the prices policy, to monitories the competition according to the settled objective;
- manage daily cost of department according to the budget planed.
- university degree, preferably in economic, marketing, management;
- at least 2 years experience in FMCG domain (preferably in a multinational company);
- business-minded person having conceptual thinking;
- solid principles of management;
- critical thinking, analytical and judgment skills;
- self-motivated to successfully achieve goals;
- responsibility for the tasks, self-confidence and independence;
- very good written and spoken English;
- driving license.
