- Provide administrative support for:
- extending e-purchasings;
- SAP Purchasing Module implementation;
- Keep close contact with suppliers during the new packaging development process to secure a safe transfer of information;
- Fulfill payment requests for your Department’s invoices;
- Organize internal and external events for Purchasing Department;
- Provide support(related to purchasing) to the other departments in organizing such events;
- Co-ordinate the customs clearance and the transport for industrial/investments/technical imports;
- Gather figures and information for purchase reports;
- Update the suppliers/contracts data base;
- Fulfill other administration tasks and requests.
HOW DOES THE BEST CANDIDATE LOOK LIKE?
- at least 1 year of professional experience within a similar position;
- university degree - preferably in economics or business administration;
- very well organized & positive attitude;
- fast learner;
- eye for details,dynamic and flexible person;
- proactive & good communication skills;
- very good computer skills;
- fluent English, both spoken and written.
