- order the portfolio SKU’s to internal/external suppliers based on sales forecast figures and on the agreed stock levels for company’s products;
- optimize and understand the supply system: regular and composed products, recipes, online ordering systems, closed month ordering;
- gather information and provide specifically reports: Out of Stock, Overstock, Fast-Slow Goods;
- maintain logistics master data, define specific parameters for company’s products;
- manage stock transfer activities between the Group Branches (EU and Non-EU);
- university degree (preferable economical or technical background);
- at least one years experience with purchasing / buying;
- good computer operation skills (MS Office, ERP);
- good English knowledge – both spoken and written;
- previous experience with SAP would be an asset;
- ability to work within tight deadlines;
- analytical, fast learner, eye for details and flexible person.
