Responsible for the success of data base purchasing.
Prospect the market for new contacts and potential recruitment suppliers and initiate negotiation.
Build up database with providers.
Negotiate and build relationship with vendors.
Arrange vendor contracts, bargain for best costs, and observe quality of purchased services.
Manage the on-going contracts with the suppliers and maintain a good relationship with them.
Prepares search reports and presentations at the end of the acquisition process.
Identify and mediate conflicts between deadlines, resources, budgets and established goals.
Minimum 1 year relevant experience (purchasing).
Bachelor of Science Degree in Market Research, Marketing, Economics or Commerce.
Ability to negotiate with vendors.
Ability to apply knowledge of market research.
Must be extremely detail oriented, dependable, analytical and able to keep up in a fast paced environment.
Fluent in English both spoken and written.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with vendors and related departments inside the company.
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Package.
