OBJECTIVES of the job:
-Purchaser Material keeps optimal stock level for whole range of raw material as well as purchased accessories
-Purchaser controls total level of stock from financial level point of view, controls rotation of mate-rial and monitors stock consumption according to FIFO logic
-All these tasks are executed with respect to time supply which can fluctuate between 6 - 12 weeks.
MAIN TASKS:
-Control of material on stock and its rotation, potential reservations and booking (Immediate ATP value)
-Check sales forecast for following 3 months.
-Checking history of sales and standard deviation of sales in last 12 months
-Calculating from a.m. data expected consumption for next 6-12 week period
-Placing purchase order and arranging delivery from supplier
-Bachelor or Master degree
-Experience in similar position
-Good knowledge of FIFO and JTI principles
-Experience in production field - advantage
-Very good command of english language
-Very good PC knowledge
-Driving licence
