- Receive POs from customers and check consistence against frame contracts. Input data of POs into the Oracle ERP system. Check and collect information with relevant departments, including product managers and account managers.
- Reconcile the sales amount of POs with AR specialists.
- Maintain the database of POs.
- Acknowledge the acceptance of PO.
- Feedback to account managers with any problem in contract fulfillment and respond to customers with any enquiry on POs.
- Be the trainer for the CMS system.
- University degree majored in Financing, Law of Taxation, Project management, Communication or Computer science.
- At least two years’ working experience in financing, marketing, project management or contract administration in telecommunication or electronic company. Alternatively, at least three years working experience as a director in management of Letter of Credit in finance field or in multi-national banks. Working experience in a multi-national company is an advantage.
- Information security: candidates will be required to sign the non-disclosure agreement of Huawei Technologies.
- Excellent written and communication skills in English.
- Self-motivated, full of enthusiasm to his/her own job. Hard working and dedicated, proactive and detail focused, can work efficiently and effectively under pressure to meet tight deadline.
