Set-up and maintain centrally the PSG Commercial PriceBooks that are used to answer quickly Special pricing deals. Ensure systems and processes are working as planned.
• Acquire advanced job skills (good knowledge of processes and tools) in order to be able to complete routine and moderately complex assignments/tasks (advanced knowledge of Special Pricing and Smart Quote EMEA and country specific processes, Smart Quote and Eclipse tools)
• Acquire good understanding of general aspects of the job and become familiar with company policies and procedures
Monthly set-up and maintenance of the country pricebook according to the margin objectives given by the countries
Ensure the pricebooks are correctly communicated and linked in the system
• Incorporate the personal experience and knowledge to improve the PriceBook and SmartQuote processes
• Actively search for new solutions to improve the day-to-day activity
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Educated to Bachelor degree level with basic knowledge of sales/customer support
• Great attention to details
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Fluent English knowledge
• Previous experience of working in a business environment is an advantage
• Business common sense
