Tellence is extending the development activity in Bucharest and inviting you to join the team.

The candidate will be part of the dedicated LiveU Professional Support Group (www.liveu.tv). He will be responsible of testing of LiveU Products, providing field support of Software/Hardware driven LiveU console, assisting / training customers in use of our products.


CERINTE

Outstanding interpersonal / customer service skills
A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Computers
“On The Job” experience with telecommunications, computers, etc. 
Must be proficient with computers (including Linux environment)

Will be an advantage:
IP/RTP, video encoding, cellular networks experience
Scripting in Windows, Flash, Drivers 
Database development and administration
Experience with streaming media, encoding, live broadcasts
Experience with Flash Media Encoder, Windows Media Encoder, FFMPEG
Experience with Windows Media Server, Flash Media Server, Wowza
Working with a ticketing system and a knowledge base
Direct contact with customers/partners either on site or on the phone
