Reports to: National Sales Field Manager
Job scope:
- Provide all Area Sales Managers with monthly folders containing sales reports & key performance indicators;
- Provide Bucharest Area Sales Managers with the specific reporting and internal communication.
Job responsibilities:
- Providing various reports, analysis, presentations for the Bucharest Area Sales anagers – specific reports needed for meetings with important clients and for Regional Meetings;
- Interface the internal communication with Bucharest field force;
- Print all necessary reports and prepare folders for each Area Sales Manager on a monthly basis.
Education: University degree or currently student
Experience: No previous experience needed;
Competencies and Personal Skills
- Very well organized, with "can-do" attitude;
- Willing to learn and to invest time and effort in the job;
- Paying attention to details, dynamic and flexible person;
- Good analytical skills;
- Proactive & with very good communication skills;
- Able to perform well under stressful deadlines & situations.
- Interested in pursuing a career in sales area.
PC skills: Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Languages: English language, good level, both written and spoken
