- The proposal manager is responsible for technical clarifications within a sales team and ensures that technical proposal development and costing takes place in accordance with SWP’s standards and guidelines;
- Is responsible for technical matters within the sales team including technical proposal/contract development;
- Has to establish the cost side of projects (calculations);
- Has to manage the interfaces to Proposal Engineering, Engineering, SCM and Project Management sub-divisions and Service Department;
- Prepares tender offer and contract documents;
- Participates in negotiations with customers on technical matters;
- Prepares the technical Limits of Authority document for LoA internal approval meetings;
- Performs the technical handover to project management;
- Manages the interfaces to Headquarter;
- Performs technical presentations of product portfolio.

- Realizarea de prognoze tehnico-economice asupra stadiului proiectului si urmarirea incadrarii in bugetul alocat;
- Urmarirea respectarii cerintelor calitative impuse prin documentatia tehnica: CS/PT/DE;
- Raportarea stadiului proiectului in concordanta cu procedurile Siemens/Pm@Romania;
- Realizarea graficului detaliat de lucrari si urmarirea fazelor si subfazelor din acestea;
- Alegerea subfurnizorilor / subcontractorilor;
- Aport in procesul de achizitie proiect/contractare;
- Analiza de risc pentru proiectul alocat.
- Technical university (Engineering degree) – graduate;
- Electrotechnical Engineering (Electroenergetica) is an advantage;
- English – advanced;
- German represents an advantage;
- Professional experience in the field – 3 years;
- Project experience is desired;
- Intercultural experience represents an advantage;
- Knowledge of the SWP product portfolio and technology is an extra;
- Knowledge of the wind power competitors products on the Romanian market is an extra;
- Basic knowledge about the economic drivers for wind power on the Romanian market;
- Knowledge of the Wind Turbine Industry is an extra;
- Basic financial and commercial knowledge is an extra.
