Responsibilities
• Managing client’s portfolio of properties, focusing on providing customers an excellent property management service
• Responsible for ensuring that invoicing is completed correctly and on time, ensuring that payments are received when due
• Liaising with the Accounts Department to ensure that reports are accurate and that any changes to accounting standards are incorporated into the system
• Negotiating and managing third party contracts
• Management of lease contracts to monitor, report and manage key dates such as indexation, lease expire and break options
• Regular inspections of properties and meeting with customers to ensure compliance with leases
• Completing annual budgets and quarterly forecasts for properties as requested
• Reporting portfolio activity to and establishing management budgets for senior management
Profile of the ideal candidate
• Experience in real estate and work with clients
• Experience in property management is a plus
• Negotiation skills
• Reliable, hands on attitude and diplomacy
• Analytical structure and approach
• Technical knowledge
• Able to do with difficult clients
• Excellent English skills (both spoken and written)
• Excellent PC skills
