RESPONSABILITATI

The Property Manager is responsible for the administration of Temenos offices portfolio around the world, ensuring that the organization has the most suitable working environment for its employees and their activities.
The Property Manager is involved in both strategic planning and day.

Areas of responsibility include:
• Offices portfolio management, at a global scope;
• Rent and services charges management;
• Financial forecasting/budgeting;
• Security;
• Space management;
• Lease management.

Typical tasks may include:
• Planning best allocation and utilization of space and resources for new buildings, or re-organizing current premises;
• Investigating availability and suitability of options for new premises;
• Project management, supervising and coordinating work of contractors;
• Managing and leading change to ensure minimum disruption to core activities;
• Checking that agreed work by staff or contractors has been completed satisfactorily and following up on any deficiencies;
• Advising on energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness;
• Responsible for the inventory of his department, including the inventory of the global facility areas;
• Responsible for keeping the approved financial frames of the facility costs;
• Planning for future development in line with strategic business objectives;
• Liaising with different departments within the company to ensure project is on track with respect to financial and operational needs;
• Preparing monthly reporting decks to be presented to the CFO.


CERINTE

Skills:
• Relevant degree/ certification in property management;
• English fluently;
• Professionals with minimum 2 years of experience in property management.
