¿ Establish relationships and work with real estate agencies
¿ Prepare business plans and presentations for projects
¿ Coordinate the sales and marketing activities for the on-going developments
¿ Meet owner¿s goals
¿ Develop a management plan to operate the properties
¿ Develop and implement marketing plans
¿ Conduct market surveys and determine rental rates
¿ Develop and administer a maintenance program
¿ Anticipate and respond the resident¿s and commercial tenants¿ needs
¿ Administer the collection and deposit of rents
¿ Monitor and pay expenses
¿ Prepare comprehensive budgets and cash flow projections
¿ Develop and implement marketing plans
¿ Negotiate leases
¿ Communicate with property owners
¿ Administer the Human Resources activities of the property management company
