RESPONSABILITATI

- Follow al the appropriate processes and use all the necessary tools to achieve operational performance
- Share information and link with the other colleagues to respect business priorities and metrics Applies specialized subject matter knowledge to solve moderately complex issues within established guidelines
- ensure that data entry is performed as per given process
- ensure that internal partner inputs are considered and taken care of
- ensure close relationship with the other team members in order to achieve overall best team results
- ensure that mandatory trainings are covered on time
- applies basic knowledge of the job skills and company policies and procedures to complete the variety of assignments/tasks,
- has good understanding of the general/technical aspects of the job,
- works on assignments that are routine to moderately complex in nature and require basic problem resolution and independent judgment
- organizes own tasks and receives/requests general instructions on all work from her/his colleagues and/or Country Lead

Measurements:
The primary measures are the monthly business fundamentals results, the level of accuracy and timely fulfillment of job’s responsibilities, the feedback of the business partners received through customer surveys as well as given incidentally, feedback given by internal customers and supported HP country organizations, the business controls and audit results, the measured improvements initiated and obtained, the feedback of the functional manager, Country Lead, colleagues and other departments connected through functional relations.

- Clear up errors without waiting for delivery inputs, try to avoid reactive resolution
- Active relationship management with stakeholders


CERINTE

Total professional experience of at least 1 year
- Customer oriented with demonstrated written and spoken English skills
- Quality and details oriented with high analytical skills

- economics/commercial or technical studies
- good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Quality and details oriented with high analytical skills
- fluent English and a 2nd language as per territory needs are a must, other languages are a plus
