Focus on
Control, management and supervision of all the aspects involved in one standard development process: from land acquisition, following and obtaining all the needed urbanistics approvals (PUZ,PUD), architectural design teams, project management teams, tender process, to the full contraction of the works, selling process and delivering to the final customers.
Approach
His approach must be form a global point of view of all the process, controlling each actor in each moment in order to guarantee three things: budget, time and profitability of the investment.
He will do not do by himself each different step but he will move all the resources available to obtain the expected result.
Responsible of
He will be the maximum responsible for delegation of the Country Manager for one/two investment as represent of the property and he will coordinate both internal (technical director, commercial director, headquarters departments in Spain) and external (architects, land urban, project management teams, lawyers, Broker, selling teams…) teams.
Hierarchical dependence
His direct boss will be the Country Manager as the maximum responsible of the Company in Romania, and his responsibilities will be assigned and evaluated directly by him.

Self-organized
Multi tasks skills: carry on different steps at the same time (technical, commercial, urban,…)
Good communicator and negotiator.
