Key responsibilities:
-Prioritize, manage and coordinate individual projects within the program
- Participating in contractor evaluation and selection process.
- Review day-to-day activities of the engineering firm(s), contractor(s) and supplier(s)
- Responsible for authorizing work to contractor(s) involved in the execution, to represent key interests including periodic reviews, ensuring technical integrity and compatibility, addressing operational needs
- Monitor schedule performance of the contractors and if necessary recommend corrective measures to assure timely completion.
- Full responsibility for the Project Program's budget.
- Forecasting final project program cost outcome on a monthly basis.
- Ensuring that assessment and management of risk is made to project program strategies and plans.
-University degree in Engineering and approximately 10 or more years professional experience in EU Projects
- A working knowledge of construction, and/or construction management as well as awareness of environmental practices
