Under the guidance of the Change Management Manager (in the HO), the Project Portfolio Management Department is responsible with assuring the conditions and information necessary for project selection in accordance with Bank strategy.
Depending on your level within our department practice, responsibilities will include:
Identifies and systematizes project proposals received from all the Bank Divisions;
Contributes to the project proposals prioritization through building up alternative scenarios for project portfolio as basis for decision making process;
Contributes to the build up of the Bank’s projects annual budget based on projects proposals collected from the Bank’s departments and divisions;
Coordinates multidisciplinary team who draws up the Business Cases for agreed project proposals;
Identifies dependencies and conflicts within the bank’s projects portfolio and contributes to their solving;
Monitors the projects and receives reports from the Project Managers within the assign areas;
Offers support and promotes the project management methodology within the bank;
Coordinates the evaluation of projects outcome.
University degree;
Minimum 2 years banking experience;
Project Management experience;
Good knowledge of English; another language is an advantage;
Problems solving and excellent communications skills;
Coordination and team-work abilities;
The ability to establish links and mediate between various relevant project stakeholders;
Knowledge of project management methodologies.
