Role – Project Planner – responsible for:
• Supports the Project Manager in management of project planning and control related matters.
• Ensures that all company’s management, customer, local authority and contract planning, scheduling and progress reporting requirements are understood and followed by the project team.
• Establishes, implement and maintain the required internal and external reporting procedures.
• Owner of the Master Time Schedule (MTS) based upon the project specific Division of Work (DOW) interfaces.
• Measures periodically the project performance monitoring the trend indicators.
• Enforces a policy of pro-active and transparent schedule and activity forecasting in order to identify in advance potential delays and to suggest effective recovery action plans with the involved parties, under the direction of the Project Manager.
• Reports the status of the project on a monthly basis and highlights critical areas for the attention of the Project Manager and company management as necessary.
• Review and identification of special Tender Project Control Requirements
• Reviews bid request documentation as received from the project development and sales department for project planning and controls requirements.
• Develops the (MTS) Level 2 integrated EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) schedule based on contract requirements in co-operation with all involved parties and obtains the Participants commitment on a Common Target Schedule.
• Oversees and assists the Site Project Planner and other participants where applicable.
• Ascertains that the correct scope of work is reflected on all schedules and integrates inter-discipline requirements and constraints to establish the best logical work sequences.
• Properly identifies and monitors all key interfaces, particularly with respect to equipment supplied to site.
• Ensures that contractual and internal milestones are fixed in the Master Time Schedule for all project phases.
• Responsible for development, review and submission of the project controls portions of the monthly client report.
• Establishes and conducts progress monitoring meetings with all participants
Education & Experience:
• 10 - Bachelor degree in a technical study
• 10 – 2+ year of revelant experience in a similar role
• 10 – Advanced knowledge of English language [ both written and spoken]
• 10 – Minimum 2 years of experience using Primavera Project Planer

• 10 - Ability in the use of spreadsheet, database and presentation software.
• 10 - Planning, organizing and coordinating skills in international environment
