RESPONSABILITATI

ROLE:
Management and direct responsibility over project master plan, distribution of tasks to individual work streams, tracking of project progress with work streams, issuing reports to project director and individual work streams about progress and immediate action points.

Specific Duties

Schedule and Structure:
- Set up Baseline schedules for new projects or tender schedules for Tenders as well as maintain update of schedule during the project execution and ensure any potential delays are highlighted to the Project Manager
- Set up the Work Breakdown Structure, reporting formats and graphs for the Project according to the Project’s scope of work


Project Execution:
- Close liaison with different departments to monitor project progress and obtain accurate feedbacks
- Perform Project Control and progress monitoring as well as prepare fortnightly/monthly progress reporting for Management on project designated
- Advise Project Manager and the Project Management Team on the criticality of the Project
- Lease with the Program Manager assigned to the project on the creation of the CTR (Cost, Time Resource) listings for the project
- Ensure that all productive man-hours are properly logged to the proper CTR coding and maintain a good record of all CTRs charged to the Project, which is essential for the production of reports for earned value.
- Review and update procedures related to Planning and Project Control with the advice from the PMO Manager


CERINTE

- A University Degree with a minimum of 3 years working experience as a Project Planner in the Construction Industry.
- Experience in using Planning software or tools like, eg. Primavera Project Planner, MS Project and other commonly used MS Office tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a multi-tasked and fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as in team.
