RESPONSABILITATI

Position Objective:
Supervising, control and coordination of new stores set-up according to OBI corporate visual merchandising standards.


Main responsibilities and activities:

- Coordination and control over good placing in the store according to installation plan and OBI visual policy
- To inform the store personnel with the corporate merchandising policy
- Control over goods placing during the store set up period and decision making in case of any changes required
- Supervise the process of goods placing through the store in time according to corporate rules
- Control over realization of corporate visual merchandising concept
- Developing and improve merchandising layout in the stores, component identity
- Coordinate and train easy print team in the stores
- Check layout concept if is according with last update
- Control and coordinate orders through Biber Shop
- Support merchandising and operations departments in communication layout in the store
- Support sales team in corporate identity
- Have capacity to understand analytical date and take action in order to improve results
- Follows-up duties sent through our communication guide (W.I.I.) in specific store layout
- Support store opening


CERINTE

Qualifications required:

- University degree
-experience in merchandising - minimum one year
- competency in MS Office applications
-good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- working experience in a similar position ??? retail experience is an advantage
- basic knowledge of German language is a plus

DESCRIEREA FIRMEI

OBI este una dintre marcile de seama europene DIY. In prezent compania opereaza cu mai mult de 500 de magazine, dintre care mai mult de 300 in Germania si mai mult de 170 in 10 tari din Europa Centrala si de Est. Magazinele OBI genereaza un total de vanzari in valoare de peste 5 miliarde de Euro, avand mai mult de 38,000 de angajati.

Magazinele noastre ofera o gama variata de produse, care, in total, include 40-60,000 de articole per magazin. Gama de produse se refera la materiale de gradinarit, elemente si materiale de constructii, unelte, materiale de uz sanitar si decoratiuni interioare. Atrasi de variata gama de produse, clientii vor gasi tot ceea ce este necesar pentru imbunatatirea caminelor.

De la deschiderea primului magazin OBI in anul 1970 (Hamburg, Germania), dimensiunea magazinelor OBI a crescut de la 870 m? la cutiile portocalii cu mai mult de 10,000 m?. Dimensiunea totala a magazinelor se ridica acum la peste 3 milioane m?.

Clientii OBI sunt in primul rand persoane private, familii, amatori si semi-profesionisti.
