- Responsible for ensuring the project is delivered on time.
- Responsible for ensuring the project is managed following company development processes.
- Responsible for ensuring progress is tracked and reported to all stakeholders.
- Responsible for maintaining the project budget.
- Responsible for continually improving company process and practices.
- Works closely with other Project Managers to encourage, lead and coach them through the development process.
- Involved in recruitment of other Project Managers.
- Make efforts to carry and spread the company’s common values and ideas.
- The safeguarding of the company’s assets including source code, art work, tools, technical know-how.
- Been working in the video games industry for at least 3 years.
- Shipped at least 1-2 video game titles.
- Active video games player with a strong interest in first-person shooter games.
- Proactive in working within a large organization and managing team members.
- Good communicator with excellent people management skills.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
