RESPONSABILITATI

- Manage End-to-End complex training projects within the training team, including development, analysis, implementation, improvements (e.g. Career Development Training Programs)
- Interact with leadership and colleagues across the organization.
- Identify training needs and new programs to be implemented.
- Ensure programs' penetration and smooth project run.
- Prioritize and develop time line of training program delivery.
- Occasionally deliver soft skills training courses.

- Previous experience in project management / training field - desirable.
- Strong communication and influencing skills -required.
- Fluency in English - required.
