The project manager is responsible for all the administrative project related tasks, ensuring that all hardware infrastructure and the human resources are available. Is also responsible for the interaction with Totalsoft clients and acts like a decisional point and communication filter and task dispatcher.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating team leads
- Create, approve and ensure the applicability of project wide process rules
- Participate in creation and approval of the Project Vision and Project Scope documents
- Establish, obtains approval, maintain and publish the Project Plan
- Announce the current project status to all the stakeholders (including project team members)
- Organize and enforce scheduled project team meetings
- Held and invoke necessary meeting with team leads regarding project related issues
- Identify, asses and manage project risks
- Metrics based project tracking
-Computer Science, Computer Science Engineering or Computer Engineering degree
-4+ years of software development experience successfully delivering high-value business applications.
-Solid understanding of delivery methodologies, project management best practices, and the software development process.
-Good communications skills with both technical and non-technical people.
