On behalf of our client, an international real estate developer, we are searching experienced, reliable and dedicated persons for their ongoing projects of Property Development
Project manager/Technical director
Responsibilities:
-Coordinate the real estate development projects from the beginning up to handover;
- Coordination of planning and permitting process;
- Supervision and coordination of the delegated design team of architects, project management team, general contractor, consultants and suppliers;
- Verification of the projects from the cost analysis point of view;
- Communication with the local authorities, architects, designers, construction companies and client's suppliers;
- On site coordination and supervision.
-University degree, preferably construction related or architects with relevant experience in the field of construction work;
- Very good expertise in this field, with a successful and proven track record in the field of construction management;
- Good knowledge of construction-related software is a plus;
- Dynamism, self-motivation, seriousness; team-player;
- Highly organized, with good communication skills;
- Good knowledge of English language;
- Driving license, B category, PC literate.
