Securing an optimum execution of construction work for new constructions and reconstructions as well as guaranteeing a continuous improvement of the quality and the cost of projects
Securing a continuous control of costs and quality and a realisation of technical versions and improvements in the procedure
Acting in an advisory, supporting, planning and contributing function for international projects and work groups in the frame of the business management
Being entirely responsible for all technical projects, especially regarding project specifications, planning, cost, dates and quality
Development of construction and equipment descriptions as basis for contracts for main contractor projects or partly main contractor projects as well as for shell constructions and turnkey stores
Conducting the necessary clarification with authorities in the course of the preparation and processing of the project
Maintenance of the project communication with the departments in the HQ, the project managers (civil engineering, building services, electrical engineering, etc.) and external partners
Operational project management as technical project leader if needed, though the higher ranked necessities have to be given priority
