- Responsible for initiating, planning, executing, controlling and delivering the project
- Development of concept and the management plan, business plan, cost, risk, communications, resources, contracts, risk and quality of the projects
- Facilitate collaboration and communication across the project team with members form different departments
- Work with stakeholders to select and prioritize project requests
- Ensure delivery of projects against schedule, cost, resource, scope and quality baselines
- Provide regular or/and upon requested status reporting to stakeholders
- Coordinate internal/external project resources and activities at the task level
- Prepare and manage change requests
- Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
- Develops and implements continuous improvement processes for assigned projects.
- University degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project management or in running operations
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Project/Primavera, Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical skills
- Fluency in English, very good writing and reporting skills
- Ability to observe deadlines and work under pressure
- Communication and presentation skills (both written and spoken)
- Organization and prioritization skills, self discipline, attention to detail
- Project management/business analysis training is a plus.
