RESPONSABILITATI

Requirements:

- able to understand the needs of the customer (internal & external) and develop good relationships;
- proactive in identifying business opportunities for the Company;
- excellent communication skills, both written and spoken English;
- good command of MS Office applications;
- experience of minimum 1-3 years in a multinational company;
- previous experinece in a similar position;
- innovative person, creative, flexible and self- motivated.


CERINTE

Responsabilities:

- define the range of product using the following criteria: Price, Product, Place, Promotion according to the policy of Headquarter;
- provide support to the team of Key Accounts Managers;
- develops ideas for improvement of the Company product offering based on market needs;
- organize trainings for PM of the partners (developing new products, merchandising etc);
- provide product support for the partners and dealers;
- perform proposals/ requests for specific prices from HQ in order to achieve a competitive offer on the market;
- responsible for evaluating and giving appropriate feedback to the customers requests;
- performs proposals of promotional offers according to the Headquarter's rules, provide reports which helps the processes of delivery, debts collection and production cycles for achieving the main indicators of the agreed annually business plan;
-periodically reports on the progress and results versus own objectives, analyze develops and make recommendations for the following actions;
- performs competitive analysis about changes in the local market;
- draws up conclusions, indicating new opportunities occured.
