RESPONSABILITATI

Due to our expansion in Eastern Europe, we are looking for outstanding individuals who want to help us set up, develop and potentially be in charge of our operations in Romania.

The positions are very entrepreneurial and successful candidates will have to enjoy working independently with a broad range of tasks.

Immediate term, the job will include overall responsibility to coordinate our recruitment activities in Romania for initially a) lorry drivers and b) medical doctors. A significant part of the job also includes supporting our educational team in Romania who conduct campus based training to all our local recruits. Moreover, the position entails a fair amount of project coordination; liaison with local contractors, various Romanian institutions, market research, budget follow-up and general support to the rest of our offices.

Medium to long term, we would like to offer increasing responsibility to successful candidates that may include a Country Manager role with full P&L responsibility

Compensation: Based on a competitive individual package. Fixed salary and bonus, pending earlier experience and qualifications.

Training: Some training in terms of ‘shadowing’ colleagues in Warsaw and in London. However, we expect the candidate to enjoy ‘learning by doing’ and start to work independently as soon as possible. Being part of a team means, of course, that there will always be a colleague ready to support.

Travel: Based in Romania, the position requires -from time to time- extensive travel within the country and regular trips to various parts of the UK and France as well as visits to Warsaw.

Start date: As soon as possible!
