Involved in commercial, industrial and residential development.
Ensures that projects are completed on time and on budget.
Controls and coordinates projects in terms of budget and time. ( all phases of a residential project)
Works with the general constructor and companies’ architect.
Prepares tenders.
Drafts reports to management.
Organizes and supervises meetings.
Engineer university degree.
A minimum of 4-5 years of relevant work experience.
Well organized, strong character; proactive; must have initiative and work independent
Fluency in written and spoken English
Computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, MS Project, AutoCAD)
Experience of using Fidic contract is an advantage.
