Manage the Project through the interior design phase, finalizing of redesigning, renting and administration;
Develop productive relationships with the owner and ensure that there is maximum alignment and coordination across all relevant issues;
Effectively track and monitor the progress of the project, ensuring schedule is respected accordingly, quality indicators are tracked, and that costs are running to expectations;
Serving as single point of contact for suppliers/tenants, managing all issues in am appropriate manner;
Coordinate the team, establish the roles and responsibilities for all of them and ensure an efficient administration of the whole condominium;
Manage the procurement process, handle the technical issues together with the architects, manage the relationship with tenants, set pricing and collect rent fees, negotiate the contracts with subcontractors and ensure the relationship with authorities.
University Degree: Architecture, management, project management, Economics or Business;
Fluency in English;
3-5 years of experience, in-depth knowledge and specialised skills in the field of Real Estate, with 2 years of experience in Project Management of Residential Projects;
A successful record of renting/selling residential properties, including designing properties;
Knowledge of building design, construction, and maintenance;
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to manage independently critical situations and take decisions;
High integrity in aligning to values and strong ability to role-model;
Highly annalytical, with focus on achievement, performance measurement and sustained continuous improvement
