- Plans, schedules and monitors the project activities: development and design, resource supply, E.P. and construction within the project deadlines
- Monitors and coordinates the project team
- Sets objectives and tasks for the project team
- Report to the PMO and oversee all activities of contracted consultants in preparation of permitting strategies, timetables, cost plans, tenders, program development, on site engineering and construction process
- Keeps track of progress and ensures that the project is on time and on budget
- Plans project activities according to the development plan, the company’s strategy and the budgeted target.
- Bachelor degree in construction or similar technical field
- Solid experience in project management from 5 to 10 years
- Relevant experience on construction sites covering all phases of planning and execution
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Projects/ Primavera
- Managerial abilities (planning, organizing, coordinating, evaluating and motivating)
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Solution oriented and proactive attitude, team player
- Must be able to effectively oversee all aspects of design/ construction process and steer project(s) to successful conclusion within tight time frames
- Advanced analytical and problem solving skills, budget allocations
