WE NEED YOU TO:
- Lead the development and implementation of the projects communication (to consumers, media, employees, business partners, medical community)
- Assess project results (via market and consumer research, advertising research, reporting tools).
- Coordinate all related activities (research, communication, packaging, consumer / trade promotion, POSM, logistics, financial assessment) - most to be led by yourself; recommend the final plan; assess the outcome and submit a follow-up recommendation (in close cooperation with the responsible departments and third parties (NGOs, agencies, KOLs)
- Develop and implement the communication and media strategies for the respective projects. Define the communication objectives, the target, the key messages and the communication vehicle (e.g. packaging, media, direct marketing). This will be done by analyzing research, both quantitative and qualitative; by searching worldwide best practices within the Danone group; in collaboration with other departments (Internal Communication, PR, etc.) and / or communication agencies (advertising, PR, medical).
- Coordinate hierarchical and non-hierarchical teams (cross-departmental, agencies, NGOs);
Minimum 2 years of project management experience, ideally in a multinational FMCG company (brand management, corporate communication) or advertising agency (client service).
- Practice in project management

- Self-driven, able to operate effectively in the context of a high pace working environment, with significant autonomy.
- A learner, willing to invest time and effort in further building his/her proficiency.
- Business oriented, yet able to follow the discipline of correct process and methods in the face of day-to-day urgencies.
