-Managing the interface between the project team and the client
- Managing and leading the project team.
- Managing co-ordination of the suppliers engaged in project work.
- Developing and maintaining a detailed project plan and control.
- Managing project deliverables in line with the project plan.
- Recording and managing project issues and escalating where necessary.
- Monitoring project progress and performance.
- Providing status reports to the project steering committee.
- Final approval of the design specification.
- Working closely with customers to ensure the project meets business needs.
- To ensure, for specific tenders and projects, effective communications between relevant parties, both internal and external, to facilitate an effective business environment.
- To contribute in the development of Tetra Pak's offer in order to maximize competitive advantage in line with the Company objectives.
-To respond to complaints and ensure that the cause is eliminated.
- To maintain adequate knowledge to enable Tetra Pak to continue its successful business and strategy
Required Educational Background and Experience:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Industrial), or Food Technology (Project Management Certification will be an advantage)
- 3-5 years experience in food industry (liquid food preferably)
- 1-3 years experience in managing projects
- Aware of current legislation affecting process solutions
- I.T. literate (MS Office package, MS Excel and Project in particular
- Fluency in English language, both written and oral
- Contractual and commercial awareness
- Familiar with the preparation of tenders

- Availability for extensive traveling within the allocated area (South East Europe).
